Country Club Estates won a litigation case in court over a Quonset type pool cover that violated deed restrictions. Desert Meadows II, however, lost a litigation suit over recreational vehicle parking. The deed restriction that was thought to cover the point was termed by the court to be unclear and ambiguous and therefore unenforceable. The financial loss by Desert Meadows was considerable.
