The Texas federal courts are playing ping pong with the Texas Top Cop Shop case regarding the constitutionality and enforceability of the CTA.
On December 26, the Texas 5th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed course, and has reinstated the injunction barring the federal government from requiring companies to comply with the registration requirements under the CTA.
