OK At Work: Wage and Hour Division Guidance

On this week’s episode of OK at Work, Russell Berger and Sarah Sawyer discuss recent Department of Labor guidance regarding proper handling of required workplace postings in an increasingly remote world. Due to COVID-19 and the increase in remote work, which will likely continue long after COVID-19, complying with mandatory notification obligations has become more difficult for employers.  The new DOL guidance provides some clarity for employers on how to handle mandatory postings heading into 2021.
