A Muscatine woman pleaded guilty to first-degree theft, a class C felony, on Friday. Joan Lane, 55, whose address was last reported as 1615 Willow St., was charged following an investigation by the Muscatine Police Department into the misappropiation of funds from the Sunrise Lane Homeowners Association.
