The Accounting Only package includes same-day payment posting, ACH and online payment options, recurring payment setup, monthly delinquency statements, 30/60/90-day collection letters, title searches for returned mail, payment plan negotiation, legal collections for accounts meeting customized thresholds, monthly financial reports with bank statements, budget variance analysis, homeowner balance tracking, cash-based accounting, annual budget preparation by August 31st, assessment and reserve funding assistance, access to an approved vendor list with active insurance monitoring, and a yearly insurance and risk review. It does not include violation inspections, architectural review management, or on-site management services.

Which package includes 24/7 emergency service?
The Partner-Plus® Package includes a 24/7 live-staffed emergency hotline for townhomes and condominiums, a 24/7 maintenance crew, and insurance rehabilitation support in cases of fire or other disaster all as standard features. The Basic Full Service Package offers the 24/7 emergency hotline and insurance rehabilitation as optional add-ons. The eManageSuite® Package offers the emergency hotline as an add-on only. The Accounting Only package does not include any emergency service.

Does the Basic Full Service package include violation inspections?
Yes, but as an optional add-on rather than a standard inclusion. The Basic Full Service package can be upgraded to include customized monthly or bi-weekly community inspections, a dedicated compliance inspector, monthly violation reports, violation escalation and fines per your CC&Rs, prolonged violation resolution, customizable inspection criteria, and photos on violation letters.
