SC Planned Community Act

In 2009, the South Carolina Legislative Action Committee (SCLAC) drafted a proposed Planned Community Act (PCA) as an alternative to Senate Bill 30.  During the Senate Judiciary Committee Subcommittee meetings last year, certain provisions within the SCLAC were considered. 

There has been NO ACTIVITY on Senate Bill 30 during the current legislative session.
